Union Bank is aware of a social engineering campaign that is targeting our customers via telephone.  The representative claims to be a Union Bank employee in the credit card services division.  They are requesting account information including account number, routing number, etc.  These calls are not legitimate!  Union Bank employees will never call and ask for account information.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Operations Department at 304-652-3531 or 888-328-6466.
